Community Fund
A reflection of Biltmore Farms’ longstanding culture of stewardship, The Ramble Charitable Fund (TRCF) was established to improve the quality of life in South Asheville by supporting education, economic development, healthcare and other projects that promote community-focused initiatives. TRCF provides grants starting from $500 for nonprofit organizations and public agencies in support of programmatic needs, capital campaigns and operational expenses.
The fund is supported by a one half percent contribution from Biltmore Farms on initial homesite sales and by the sellers of any future resales.
To date, funds have been distributed to a number of worthy local causes. Examples include funds to hire a certified teacher to provide additional afterschool instruction for at risk children, support for a program assisting older youths to obtain GEDs, an financial assistance enabling children to attend a camp enhancement program.
