The Ramble Biltmore Forest community is excited to be the home of the Southern Living 2020 Idea House. The modern farmhouse style home features the latest in innovative design and architecture. At 3,500 square feet in size, the house will have expansive porches and outdoor living space. The Southern Living Idea House is an annual project that is built in a different location each year and it serves as a valuable source for the latest design and décor solutions. The home was designed and built by a talented team assembled by Southern Living for the project that includes Interior Designer Lauren Liess, Architect Beau Clowney, and Ramble Featured Builder Buchanan Construction.
